Lease & Tenancy Management

LOI (Letter of Intent) & Lease Agreement drawn up, signatures obtained. Rental payments, escalation monitoring. Detailed inspection done to property prior to occupation. 14 days to record any defects in the house. Follow up on actions to be done & closed. Report sent to all stakeholders. Every 6 months property inspection done & Report is circulated to all stakeholders. On Going Tenancy Management throughout the period of lease. Manage all queries wrt leasing of property.

Home Security

Assist with security risk assessment at lease house, obtain quotes as per the recommendation on the security inspection. Oversee security fitments. Facilitate Training of security system. Run with queries and issues until customer is a satisfied and security is working effectively in the property. Link up with monthly alarm monitoring.

Utility / Internet / Dstv

Assist with the completion of the relevant forms and submission at the SA Revenue Service & customs agents for the clearing of air & sea freights on behalf of the clients. All logistic handled so that there is no inconvenience to the client.
